Heidi did a fabulous job of outlining and forming the structure of our rough draft, putting together the pieces that we've all been working on over the past couple of weeks. We've taken all of our reflection posts and broken them up into the sections of the report to which they belong.
Everything is roughly in the section that it needs to be, but a lot of rewriting needs to be done to flow all of our individual ideas together. We need to add a lot of visual components to the presentation as well. We need to make decisions about what parts of the campaign belong under which titles. For example that fundraising strategy components are in the fundraising section, and not the social media section, even if it corporates social media (it will be briefly mentioned there as well).
Some areas that we need to do a lot of work on are:
-The multimedia production component- Jules will handle
-The tracking and measurements - Katie will handle
-The future direction of the campaign- Katie will also handle
-Our individual team campaign strategies that everyone has individually been doing over the past few weeks
As said in our previous posts our campaign has multiple components as well as 3 stages, which are incorporated into our social media campaign. Because we came up with the stages, we need to figure out how to transition that into the future, and specifically for our future direction section. Our social media campaign in the majority of our report- I think a lot of that could be transitioned into the future direction section of the report. We need to think strategically about what parts of the campaign are needed immediately, and what can follow up and be good components to introduce after the initial campaign. And we might need to spread out parts of that section into other sections because of the material they cover- again making sure that those that are fundraising, tracking and multimedia specific are in the right category.
Overall, we need to really add in the visual additions to the reports. We need to add in screenshots and pictures of the campaign components we want to incorporate. We have one screenshot picture so far, we really need to add on some more. We have a lot of work to do, but we’re confident that we will bring everything together for a thorough and concise strategy for P4P.
